days from the date of delivery. |
- You must email us to obtain a Return
Merchandise Authorization number (RMA)
- Once you receive the RMA#, you may send the product back to us at your expense
(You are Not Authorized to use our shipping #)
- We will send you a replacement at our expense

Products With Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 30
days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions. |

All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. |

Notice: Shipping is not calculated from the date ordered, it
is calculated from the date it leaves our warehouse. |

Very Important: RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER

Unwanted products may be returned with prior authorization only!
All returned merchandise is reimbursed for the original purchase price less shipping & handling and must have a Return
Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. |

REFUSED DELIVERY |
| Customers will be responsible for all charges associated with shipping and handling. Once the merchandise is returned to our warehouse,
credit will be issued for the original purchase price minus shipping and handling. |
